Coaching with FOOD Fitness starts at $300.

Final pricing depends on coaching format, duration, and selected add ons. All programs require a minimum 12–16 week commitment to ensure real, measurable results.

Hybrid Coaching

Starting at $325-450/month

Best for clients who want structured programming plus limited in-person support.

Includes:
• Everything in Online Coaching
• 1–2 in-person sessions per week (priced separately or bundled)
• Form correction and movement assessment

In-Person Coaching

Starting at $75/Session

For clients who want hands on guidance and direct training support.

Includes:
• Structured program
• In-person sessions (1–2 per week)
• Real-time coaching adjustments
• Accountability and progress tracking

Optional Add-Ons

Eligibility

Coaching is available to individuals age 40 and older.
Clients under 40 may be considered following a consultation.

All clients must complete a consultation prior to enrollment. FOOD Fitness DC reserves the right to determine whether coaching is an appropriate fit.
