Many people over 40 struggle to lose weight without losing strength, energy, or confidence. I help men 40 and older lose fat, keep it off, and build or retain muscle through structured training, practical nutrition, and consistent accountability.

My name is Coach Ron, founder of FOOD Fitness DC LLC. I am a certified personal trainer and hybrid coach working with clients both online and in person. I hold certifications in personal training, weight management, bodybuilding, nutrition, and strength and conditioning. My approach combines professional education with real-world experience to create sustainable, long-term results.

At FOOD Fitness DC, coaching is personalized and realistic. Clients receive customized workout plans, individualized nutrition guidance, and regular accountability check-ins designed to fit real schedules, real responsibilities, and real life. There are no generic templates or short-term fixes. Every plan is built around the individual.
